If you have information about a possible violation and you want to inform the Personal Data Protection Office, you can send us a notification via this page. To do so, you must first fill in the notification field and provide us with as much details as possible about the content, place and time of violation as well as about the alleged offender. When you send us a notification it is preferable that you indicate your contact details, so that we can get in touch with you if needed. However, if you wish to remain anonymous, fill in just one mandatory field. You can send us notification via our mobile app too.

Submit a complaint

If you believe that your personal data are processed unawlfully and you want The Personal Data Protection Service to address the violation, you can submit a complaint to our office at the addres: #7 Vachnadze Str, Tbilisi, and also electronically. To submit an electronic complaint, you may download a complaint template, fill it out, sign it and send a scanned version to the address: office@pdps.ge. The Personal Data Protection Office offers you an even more flexible opportunity: sign up in the Case Management System where you can submit a complaint, follow the process of hearing your complaint and receive comprehensive information - all in one virtual space.

The Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia has opened a representative office in the city of Batumi

The Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia has opened a representative office in the city of Batumi with the purpose of institutional strengthening and improving the effectiveness of its activities.

The President of the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia, Prof. Dr. Dr. Lela Janashvili, opened the new office together with Tornike Rizhvadze, the Chairman of the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara. The establishment of an additional office in the Autonomous Republic of Adjara will make it easier for citizens living in Western Georgia to contact the Service, and mentioned will significantly contribute to the strengthening of the culture of personal data protection in the country.  

“For the first time in the history of the existence of the Georgian Personal Data Protection Supervisory Authority, a representative office has been established in the Autonomous Republic of Adjara. Our main goal is strengthening the culture of personal data protection in the country and raising public awareness, enhancing the international institutional awareness of the Service, deepening international cooperation, and establishing the best European practices in our activities” – stated Prof. Dr. Dr. Lela Janashvili.

Tornike Rizhvadze, the Chairman of the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara, congratulated the President of the Service, Prof. Dr. Dr. Lela Janashvili on the opening of the new office and wished success to the Service and its employees.

The official opening of the Batumi office was also attended by members of the government, representatives of the Adjara government, the Constitutional Court, general courts, non-governmental and academic circles.

The Office of the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia in the Autonomous Republic of Adjara will operate at Baku St. No. 48.
