Trainings Renewed for Those Interested in Personal Data Protection Issues
2016-09-30 13:53:14Trainings were renewed on the importance of personal data protection issues, the Inspector’s role and mandate, human rights, and the protection of those rights. The trainings took place at the Office of the Personal Data Protection Inspector on 30 September 2016.
Participants of this training expressed interest in topics such as the legal grounds for data processing, illegal data disclosure, regulations for video surveillance, the opt-out mechanisms of SMS advertising, and other issues regarding personal data protection. The training was led by Natalia Mikeladze, the Training Manager for the Office of the Personal Data Protection Inspector.
Case studies from the Inspector’s Office were also discussed at the training.
