If you have information about a possible violation and you want to inform the Personal Data Protection Office, you can send us a notification via this page. To do so, you must first fill in the notification field and provide us with as much details as possible about the content, place and time of violation as well as about the alleged offender. When you send us a notification it is preferable that you indicate your contact details, so that we can get in touch with you if needed. However, if you wish to remain anonymous, fill in just one mandatory field. You can send us notification via our mobile app too.

Submit a complaint

If you believe that your personal data are processed unawlfully and you want The Personal Data Protection Service to address the violation, you can submit a complaint to our office at the addres: #7 Vachnadze Str, Tbilisi, and also electronically. To submit an electronic complaint, you may download a complaint template, fill it out, sign it and send a scanned version to the address: office@pdps.ge. Training for Staff of Central Election Commission on Personal Data Protection Related Issues was Finished

Training cycle, led by the Training Manager of the Inspector’s Office, Mrs. Natalia Mikeladze, for the staff of Central Election Commission of Georgia (CEC) on personal data protection issues ended on March 1, 2016. Trainings were carried out in three stages and were attended by staff of different units of the CEC being responsible for issuing public information.

Training addressed the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection, legal grounds and principles of data processing, as well as special regulations of data processing. Mrs. Natalia Mikeladze introduced functions and mandate of the Office of Personal Data Protection Inspector to the audience. Data subjects’ rights and Inspector’s authority to supervise data processing were also discussed. Questions posed by the participants of the training related to balancing right to personal data protection and access to public information.

“High volume of personal data is processed at the CEC, which is accessed by CEC staff daily. Therefore, training and provision of information on data protection to CEC staff carried particular importance. We have discussed practical aspects of data protection deriving from CEC activities” – Stated Mrs. Natalia Mikeladze.
