If you have information about a possible violation and you want to inform the Personal Data Protection Office, you can send us a notification via this page. To do so, you must first fill in the notification field and provide us with as much details as possible about the content, place and time of violation as well as about the alleged offender. When you send us a notification it is preferable that you indicate your contact details, so that we can get in touch with you if needed. However, if you wish to remain anonymous, fill in just one mandatory field. You can send us notification via our mobile app too.

Submit a complaint

If you believe that your personal data are processed unawlfully and you want The Personal Data Protection Service to address the violation, you can submit a complaint to our office at the addres: #7 Vachnadze Str, Tbilisi, and also electronically. To submit an electronic complaint, you may download a complaint template, fill it out, sign it and send a scanned version to the address: office@pdps.ge. A new level of cooperation between Georgia and Eurojust set to commence

Prosecutor’s Office, investigation and judicial system in line with European standards – the process of negotiating the agreement between Georgia and Eurojust has been launched.

Issues relating to future cooperation and the conclusion of a bilateral agreement were discussed at the meeting in The Hague, where the Office of the Personal Data Protection Inspector of Georgia was represented by the Head of Legal Department, Mrs. Salome Bakhsoliani.

Eurojust is an agency of the European Union responsible for coordinating judicial co-operation in criminal matters among the EU member states, as well as third countries and partner states in the process of European integration. The agreement between Georgia and Eurojust will envisage sharing information between relevant agencies, appointment of liaison officers and liaison magistrates. Commencement of negotiations between Georgia and Eurojust with the aim of concluding a cooperation agreement is a part of deepening cooperation with the EU and its institutions in the process of Georgia’s European integration.

Georgian delegation was hosted by the President of Eurojust, Ladislav Hamran and other representatives of the agency.
