If you have information about a possible violation and you want to inform the Personal Data Protection Office, you can send us a notification via this page. To do so, you must first fill in the notification field and provide us with as much details as possible about the content, place and time of violation as well as about the alleged offender. When you send us a notification it is preferable that you indicate your contact details, so that we can get in touch with you if needed. However, if you wish to remain anonymous, fill in just one mandatory field. You can send us notification via our mobile app too.

Submit a complaint

If you believe that your personal data are processed unawlfully and you want The Personal Data Protection Service to address the violation, you can submit a complaint to our office at the addres: #7 Vachnadze Str, Tbilisi, and also electronically. To submit an electronic complaint, you may download a complaint template, fill it out, sign it and send a scanned version to the address: office@pdps.ge. Governmental Action Plan on Human Rights was discussed in Government Chancellery

First meeting of Interagency Council coordinating Government Action Plan on Human Rights was held at government administration, on October 30, 2014. The meeting was chaired by Prime-Minister Irakli Garibashvili and was attended by the members of the Cabinet of Ministers, representatives of non-governmental and international organizations.

The members of the council discussed goals and activates envisaged in the Government Action Plan on Human Rights.

Personal Data Protection Inspector, Tamar Kaldani also attended the meeting. She presented and evaluated activities of her office in the area of human rights during the last nine month period. Ms. Kaldani mentioned that the office of the Personal Data Protection Inspector actively cooperates with the both private and public organizations in order to ensure compliance of the data processing process to the legislation. The policy documents were elaborated and it worth to mention that public sector attitude towards personal data issues is full of sense of responsibility. Mrs. Khaldani also talked about activities planned for 2014-2015.
